Sony’s PlayStation Black Friday Week 2018

Looking for some solid Playstation deals for Black Friday? Well, Sony just announced a slew of their offerings, some of which might entice you to trek out on Black Friday, and battle the masses to get your hands on some of the products on sale.

According to a post on the official Playstation blog, there are a number of deals that will be available for Playstation 4, PSVR headsets, discounts on subscriptions, controllers, and more.

  • A new Marvel’s Spider-Man Standard Edition PS4 Bundle for $199.99 USD (MSRP) / $259.99 CAN (MSRP).This jet-black 1TB standard PS4 system includes a matching DualShock 4 wireless controller, and a physical copy of the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man game from Insomniac Games. A great addition for you or friends who are aching for a chance to play and experience a brand-new and authentic Spider-Man adventure.
  • Select DualShock 4 wireless controllers available for $39.99 USD (MSRP) / $49.99 CAN (MSRP) at participating retailers. Now you can customize the look of your gaming set-up with a wide variety of colors, ranging from the new Blue Camouflage color to Magma Red, Midnight Blue, Gold and Crystal for a great price.

Black Friday offers will be available at participating retailers starting November 16 in the U.S., and November 22 in Canada, while supplies last.

West of Dead Officially Announced

Upstream Arcade’s western-style shooter ‘West of Dead’, which stars Ron Perlman, has been officially announced during X019 in London on Friday, and an open beta is currently live on Xbox One and will run through November 25th, 2019.

According to the synopsis: “Thrown into the unknown procedurally generated hunting grounds of Purgatory, your skills will be put to the test as you shoot and dodge your way through the grime and grit of the underworld. The game evolves the twin-stick shooter with tactical cover usage, find out if you have what it takes to get through Purgatory with your soul intact.”

The game is set to arrive on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2020.

Rust Set to Arrive in 2020

Facepunch and Double Eleven announced that Rust will officially arrive for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 sometime in 2020.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is getting beefed up this December.

Microsoft and 343 Industries have officially announced that Halo: Reach will be added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection on December 3rd, adding a popular entry into the iconic game franchise and all six titles in Halo: The Master Chief Collection can be purchased up-front on PC for $39.99 with Halo: Reach available for individual purchase for $9.99.

Halo: the Master Chief Collection is also available via the Xbox Game Pass.
